Bauhaus Inspired Typography Quad Typeface™

If you follow the blog you will notice our shift, or at least, a bit more focus on the 90s decade, departing from our passion and admiration for the 80s. The reason for that is just some little clues we see everywhere, especially in the movies. A good example will be the new Marvel movie Captain Marvel, which is supposed to take place in the 90s. So to celebrate this lost decade we have been posting about graphic design, digital design, typography and other types of projects that borrow inspiration from that grunge period of time.

For this post we would love to share the amazing typography work created by Fatih Hardal titled Quad Typeface™ - in addition of being really beautiful it also reference Bauhaus, which is celebrating 100 years since it was founded by Walter Gropius in April 1, 1919.

I was impressed at the Bauhaus while I was creating this typeface. I used geometric forms. I gave it a sharper look. I designed it as a single weight.
